Firearms, ammunition, and restricted items will only be sold to customers who provide the required valid firearm licenses and documentation in accordance with South African law.

Bushveld Ballistics reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order that does not meet legal requirements.

3. Products & Availability

All products listed are subject to availability.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Images are for illustration purposes only and may differ slightly from the actual product.

4. Orders & Payment

Orders are only confirmed once payment has been received in full.

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.

Bushveld Ballistics is not responsible for errors made in providing personal or delivery details during checkout.

5. Delivery & Collection

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on stock availability and courier services.

Firearms and ammunition purchases must be collected in-store, in compliance with firearm regulations. Valid ID and firearm license must be presented upon collection.

Bushveld Ballistics is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Returns & Refunds

No returns or refunds on firearms, ammunition, or licenses products unless required by law.

For other items (accessories, clothing, etc.), returns will be accepted within 7 days of purchase if the product is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds will be processed after inspection and approval.

7. Legal Compliance

All sales of firearms and ammunition are strictly subject to the Firearms Control Act of South Africa.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with all laws and licensing requirements.

8. Liability

Bushveld Ballistics is not responsible for any misuse of products purchased from our store.

Customers accept full responsibility for the safe and legal use of all items purchased.
